Kate Neiswender, attorney for Plaintiff in Kern County lawsuit is going to be attending a Temporary Restraining Order hearing Friday, October 29, 2004 at 8:30 a.m. in Bakersfield. She will be attempting to stop the illegal euthanasia being performed by unqualified individuals, etc.
